About Jed
In loving memory of Jed Jon Jurchenko (1978–2022), a passionate coach, author, therapist, and devoted family man whose life was dedicated to helping others thrive.
Jed brought warmth, insight, and authenticity to everything he did, from serving as a youth pastor and psychology professor to coaching entrepreneurs around the world.
With over 20 years of experience in working with children, teens, couples, and families, Jed blended his academic background with real-world compassion. He held degrees in both Divinity and Marriage & Family Therapy and spent his career equipping others with practical, research-based strategies to grow stronger relationships, lead with purpose, and live more meaningful lives.
He was the co-founder of ITHRIVE320, a platform where he and his wife Jen encouraged others to live abundantly by combining faith, psychology, and personal development.
Through this work, he authored numerous books, built an engaged online community, and coached 100s of leaders and entrepreneurs in clarifying their message and sharing their stories with the world.
Jed’s energy was contagious, and his belief in the potential of others left a lasting imprint. He loved his family deeply, enjoying big adventures like marathons and races and simple pleasures like board games with his daughters. He drew inspiration from spending time with people he loved, often times outdoors, whether paddleboarding, biking, or running.
Though Jed is no longer with us, the wisdom he shared and the lives he touched continue to inspire. This site remains a space to celebrate his legacy, revisit his teachings, and carry his passion for wholehearted living forward.
